I have a very unique problem.
I'm filing 140 and 485 now with my current company (company B). I came to USA in Sep 2000 via company A. I joined current company in May 2003. I did not resign from company A till July 2003 ( was on vacation from company A and got paid).I also got experience letter from company A saying that I worked from Sep 2000 to july 2003
Now in my biographic forms should I declare that I worked in company A from Sep 2000 to May 2003 (or) Sep 2000 to July 2003?
If I put Sep 2000 - July 2003, will I be in a problem? Please advice
Also, I LC just got approved from P-BEC. We dont have the physical copy yet. can we file 140 and 485 without it?

can someone pls help me with a few question on re entry permit. i will be going back to us after 1year 8months. i had applied for re entry perit in oct 2007 - i left us in may 2008 - my re entry permit is valid till july 2010. i will be going to us in feb 2010. my question is will i have problem because i left us before i got my permit. my husband who was still in us got my permit for me.
As far as my understanding goes, as long as you applied for the permit while in US, you are good. It should not matter if you got your approval after you left the country.
Please do check with others as well.

My attorney has asked to send color copies of the driver's license for 485 filing. I just now realized that I have not changed my address on the license. Will that be a problem? Is it critical to have current address on the license? Any thoughts?

My lawyer kept the original as well and I specifically ask him to keep it. Lawyers typically have good filing system. I frequently move from one house to another because I am not fully settled yet. I might lose some of those important documents during the transfers so I thought the lawyer should keep the original.

Yeah, the first one has a bit of haze that pulls down the saturation. The foreground is interesting and pretty. I would try bumping saturation and contrast in PS. And maybe increase the overall exposure.
Also, is there a reason that you cut off the left of the bridge? I probably would have tried a horizontal shot too.

I know, I saw it now and had a good laugh. Its just the job. I would have many more problems, besides GC, to consider if I were leaving her !!:)
I wanted to find out if my wife's application could get into trouble because I left my employer who filed my GC application. Ideally, her case is dependent on mine and not directly to my employer, so I am thinking it should be fine. But wanted to get some expert opinions.

Should the job title for PERM labor filing be in Job Zone 5 to qualify under EB2 category? Or could one apply in Job Zone 4 and still qualify for a EB2? Last week i received RFE for my wife's father's name. The name on birth certificate is different from school leaving & other docs. I'm trying to get it corrected from Mumbai.
I beleive if i get a correct one matching with other docs, i should be ok.
Another issue, i have is i have rented an apartment under my name close to my work in the same state. All my docs have my home address, my question is will it affect my case if they find another address under my name?? I still have official address as my home everywhere...
Yes you need to make sure that all documents have consistency in names and dates. As far as your second question goes USCIS has space for just one address which should be your current address. So as long as you can prove that the address listed in CIS system is the most current address then you are fine. There is no law or no way to provide multiple address. Just make sure you can prove that address on file is your primary residence.

yes still labor transfer is possible ..But you have to very carefull.. you need to find what was companys financial position at that time when labor was filled. wheather you were fullfiling your experience as required in Labor at that time... and you need to check the companys situation if it is not blaclisted by DOL.

Wait time for spouse to get a green card as a derivative from you would be apporximately 5 years since you already have your green card now. the best option is to wait for to get your US citizenship and them apply for your spouse and in that case the max. wait time os only 3-6 months.
