It's not the "swf" we're concerned with, it's the "fla", and it doesn't just do it with imported Swift3D stuff, but with jpg's and movie's and other imported media.
Try this experiment.
Open a blank Flash project. Save it as an FLA file, and note the file size.
Import a large jpg, then delete it from the stage, and from the library.
Save it again and compare file size again.

Can any of you share the experience of travel to india with AP with a valid H1b (Not stamped in passport), Especially if you are doing transit through european countries? i have heard of issues of UK not treating AP as a form of valid visa? is there any restrictions on transit through any other country?

I see people not supporting the CIR which was suppose to be a pro Immigration bill, no matter which part of the society it was supporting. My question is Are you guys out here a Pro or an anti immigration forum?

This lawsuit is about the 140000 visas been given out each year and in years 2008 and 2009.
There have been many people who received GCs in 2008 and 2009 in EB2 without regard to Priority number. Check Visa Bulletins from August 2008 and September 2008. People from 2006 were given GCs over 2004 and there was total chaos.
This lawsuit is to bring justice to the last three years of absolute anarchy.
This lawsuit is to bring in line how this 140000 number is distributed. How does processing of I-485s take place in USCIS.
I think Indian EB3 will join shortly.

My I-94 has already expired .So should I put that validity date??
I-94 was for H1B and it is already expired.Working on EAD and didn't travle out of USA so doen't have new I-94.

If you don't have a valid I-94 then you could add your AP expiration date as the validity date

So am I correct to assume that there is no need to renew the I-94 if one enters using the AP.. I am myself also planning to use my AP for re-entry later this year, but have the H1-B approval valid till 2011, so was a little confused as to if I would be needed to renew my new I-94 if it is issued for 1 year based on AP..

You have the instructions since you quote them. Send exactly what they are asking for, i.e. the form, photos, copy of front and back of previous EAD and check to pay them.
I would suggest you send separate checks if only to be able to get the case number from the back of them when they are cashed.
The instructions clearly say make check payable to the Department of Homeland Security. I believe if you did write them to the USCIS they will still get cashed but follow the instructions.
You seem to have it all under control. Have confidence in yourself and get the applications sent in.

I think there is another option too. If she can get in touch with a hospital here, she can come directly for fellowship after which she will have to practice within the same hospital. Some specialties like Radiology and Pathology give you unrestricted license to practice anywhere in US after putting up with the fellowship for certain number of years (5 years in case of radiology). Please check this fellowship option with others who might be more knowledgeable.

Are there any risks of filing 140 & 485 together? I just talked to an attorney & she said that it is better to get 140 approved 1st before filing 485, as when you file concurrent, the files go to inexperienced officers who will not judge your case properly.
When you file 140 separately, the file goes to officers who only deal with 140's.
Does anybody on here know of these risks/disadvantages of filing concurrently. I was under the impression that it was better to do this, but now I stand contradicted!

I recently booked visa appointment at Chennai.
1. Use IE. I had issues with firefox

You are in AOS status now. need to file New I9 as all said.
You can always file new H1 (Not in quota but not extension) using your approved 140. So that can be done.
Talk to your lawyer
My H1B expire on 9/30 as well as my I-94 also expires 9/30. Some how I miss my H1B extenction. I have EAD that is valid until next year mid. I am working right now what is my current status? Is they any way still i can extend my H1B.

I too have the same issue of not getting any RN nor the checks are cashed. Its been a month now. Today I called USCIS and they told me to wait for another month since no one has touched the application yet.

If you research more you will find that Tata steel is currently one of the largest steel makers in the world after acquiring corus.
Infosys might aquire capgemini/ernst and young soon making it to compete directly with IBM and EDS for high level consulting business
Chrysler might be sold to tata motors
etc etc
Earlier goverment policy was inhibiting indian businesses in india as well as globally
Now the policy is changing and indian business are thriving both at home and internationally.
They are looking to hire the top talent paying top money.
Thats why its in the indian govt's interest that the GC / immigration process is skewed up here :) so that its best people come back and paricipate in the economy back home
