I'll be back in my home country by then so hope to see you all at the London show :)
Everyone's favourite Southern gentleman, Jackson Rathbone will be covering Ouch Magazine, which has released a new interview with "The Bone" (I'm going to try and make that happen).
Jackson's issue is set for release this November in time to coincide with the release of Breaking Dawn Part 1 - whoop!
MTV released the third installment of the 100 Monkeys' hilarious web diary - spending a day with these guys must be like being at Disney Land on TwiCrack!
In case you needed a reminder - a lil Jackson never hurt anyone - you can view the previous entries here ;)
- Lorabell
P.s. I can't help but be reminded of the movie Dazed and Confused - Jackson would be great in the Matthew MaConaheeeeeeeey role:
I am f-loving that Jackson has a Twitter now - the boy's hilarious, on top of gorgeous!
Jackson tweet this pic of his character Justin Wood from the set of his new movie "Cowgirls and Angels", which sounds more than a little like fanfic to me - I have it on the brain ;)
The film isn't yet listed on IMDB so I don't have much more info on who else is cast, etc - looks like Jackson's going back to indie.
- Lorabell
P.s. I'm planning on making a tee saying "Jackson can call me 'Ma'am' anyday!" - yeehaw!
Ashley, Jackson, and Kellan arrived back in Vancouver yesterday to do some more filming. I am not sure if they are still there seeing as how Jackson tweeted this today--
That tweet makes me totally sad, by the way!
Anyway.. Here are some pictures of them arriving yesterday. Enjoy!--Ashes
I was totally tempted to put Alice and Jasper, FYI. Ashley and Jackson were out and about in Vancouver today. Apparently they had a little lunch together, too. It is obviously none of my business... But that has never stopped me from putting my opinion in before! I am getting a friends with benefits vibe from them. Which is good, I guess. The only person who wouldn't run to a magazine would be someone else in the same situation, right? Speculate away-AshesPs-Jackson looks mmm mmm goood! ;)
Some of the Breaking Dawn cast just happened to be photographed in various airports. Some were leaving Vancouver while others were arriving in L.A. I cannot believe that filming is thisclose to be completely over. I am hoping so Isle Esme re shoots in Florida are in the future. I am ready to peacefully and non-stalkerish set stalk! --Ashes ;) P.S.- I put up pics with the everyone smiling! I did not post the pictures of Nikki Reed... It was quite clear she did not want to be photographed.
The official Girlfriend movie site has announced that Jackson will be hosting a live video chat Sunday April 3rd.
I'm not entirely clear on how this works, but here's the information posted:
Scheduled chat time information will be e-mailed to you one week prior to chat.Log in information will be e-mailed to you two hours prior to chat.
The room will open one hour prior to the chat beginning, allowing participants time to get logged in, get a feel for how the room works and greet the other nine participants.
Headphones must be used by all participants. If headphones are not used, your computer’s microphone will pick up the sound coming from your speakers and you’ll get a lot of feedback screeching…which Jerad, Jackson and the other participants will hear as well. Also, we suggest connecting your computer to your router via wire rather than using a wireless connection, for the best connection.
Once in the chatroom, you will have the option whether you wish people (including Jerad and Jackson) to be able to see you or just hear you. In order to see/hear Jerad, Jackson and anyone else in the room, you must click on their name on the right side of the chatroom. You see/hear as many or as few participants as you desire. There will be two moderators in the room: the TechModerator and the ChatModerator. The TechMod is available to assist with issues that arise with the room itself. The ChatMod will ensure that the room remains orderly.
Each participant will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to Jerad and Jackson and ask *one* question of either Jerad or Jackson, or a single question that they must answer together. The ChatMod will announce whose turn it is to ask their question. Chat with your fellow participants beforehand to decide who would like to ask what question. Please understand that there are some questions that Jerad and Jackson simply cannot answer. We ask that all participants conduct themselves in a respectful manner. No questions of a sensitive personal nature will be permitted. If you are unsure if your question is appropriate, please arrive in the chatroom early and consult ChatModerator.
Once each participant has had the opportunity to ask their question, the remainder of the session will be open chat. If we’re lucky, we might get to hear some cool stories from theGirlfriend set!
Everyone's favourite Monkeys have announced their "foray to the literary stage".
You can supposedly pre-order this both autographed ($40) or regular ($10) book at 100Monkeys.com.
I'm calling shenanigans!
With the highly suspect announcement "The group of deeply thought authors will be releasing the highly anticipated and acclaimed work" together with the release date on April 1st, I'm thinking some monkey business is going on here!
So this past Friday I went to my first ever 100 Monkeys show.
I was excited to hear the band play live and have a good time with my buds in Vancouver but admit I was a little concerned I wouldn't be too into the tunes.
Now, earlier in the day I'd taken a friend who was visiting out to the Swan house set location, which was in full filming - big trucks, trailers, cranes plus view blocked by black covers, trees and torrential rain.
Although we did spy a Jasper stand-in/stunt-double so deduced that they were shooting the suspected "Edward's bachelor party" scene.
However, this meant that Jackson was running late for the show back downtown!
So there I was at Venue with @MandysMind, @Cupcakegirl76, @Red_Bella, @RobbedMyHeart and a Haleton of other pals and no Jackson.
The openers, Rags to Riches held up well - I chatted to them briefly at the merch table after the show and they were very sweet boys - even if they looked about twelve... seriously.
Then 4 of the Monkeys took to the stage, announcing a second show would be taking place down the street at Forum with their missing banana, Jackson.
We all relocated and the place perked up en masse when Jackson was in the house. The full band fiiiiiiinally took the stage around 1.30am!
Now, I heart me some Jackson ever since I got the chance to interview him in NYC but have gotta say I was impressed with the Monkey's stage presence as well as sound live:
Yup, I think I'd definitely see them in concert again :) they definitely made me... go bananas:
Slightly later than intended, pics from last weekend's Eclipse DVD signing with Jackson *nom*, Jamie (was he in Eclipse?), Charlie, Cameron, Christopher and Daniel :)
P.s. Sorry for the unexpected hiatus there, TwiCrackers - I set off from Vancouver early last Saturday and didn't make it to London until Wednesday afternoon! There's seriously only maybe 3 inches of snow *KStew eye roll* really people?!
