This is approx data from last year DOS yearly report.
EB1 = 41k
EB2 = 53k
EB3 = 42k
EB4 = 11k
EB5 = 2k
Total was ~ 150 k ( 140k + 10 K from Family Quota's Spill over )
so basically EB1 and EB2 row didn't give any spill over , it was EB5 and family based spill over.
This year we will not get family but instead EB1 will give same share so in the end total spill over for year will not be more than 20-22k.

I hate to play "who winks first" game with teleblend. They told that they would come up with similar india plan but not providing any details.
May be now I should switch to vonage or Lingo. One factor in favor of vonage is: I get two months free with referral and one year contract rather than 2 years with Lingo.
As per one my close friend, lingo CS is not very good. Vonage is still better than Lingo.
However here is my question.
The acutal cost of Vonage with unlimited india calling is $31 - $32 per month due to taxes, misc charges etc.
WHAT would be ACTUAL COST OF LINGO per month? any approximation?

Don't come after me for saying this, its not my opinion. But general opinion that I have observed from people who are not well informed(read majority of people). Lets focus on the main stream media in US, outside coverage is not that significant anyway.

I agree the numbers seem to include dependents. I mean while looking at EB2 numbers you can see average 1000 - 1500 applications per month which translates to roughly 400 - 700 primary applications (labor) filed each month. That looks reasonable.

If you loose your job anytime during the GC process and cannot find another job within 15 days you must leave the country. I have attended the Interview for H1 B renewal at the US consulate in Toronto (Although i see a lot of posts concerning US consulates in India....thought this might be helpful for someone who would attend an interviewat US consulate in Toronto)
I attended the Interview on Jan 16th at toronto for H1 B renewal and i got my passport back on Jan 23rd (4 business days as the officer told me as jan 21st is a holiday...martin Luther king day)
I have been speaking to some people at the consulate and for them it is taking 5-8 business days and for some they got it in 4 business days.....the worst i have seen is for a lady who was coming to the consulate from past 3 weeks everyday and there is no ETA on her status..(i hope she gets her passport soon:) )...
Unfortunately most of the people who attended there did not know of these delays and are struck cancelling and re-booking their flight tickets and extending their hotel stay

Today at 2:03 PM EST I received the coveted CPO mail for my wife. I was approved on Sept 3rd and was the primary and I have not yet received the CPO as there is Biometrics issue, my wife had the same issue but the vagaries of USCIS which is worse than Indian monsoon...
I wish Caliguy, Fatjoe, Apb and many others who are at or older than my PD get their approval soon. If I can be of assistance in any way to you guys please let me know....My wife her case was separated from me and I was worried that it fell thru the cracks..but my persistence with all the channels especially congressional and POJ I guessed did it.
Not that you guys are leaving any stone unturned but just keep trying...
She was at initial review stage till Oct 2nd and not preadjudicated and separated from primary case and bingo on 5th she jumped to CPO...
You really never know...
Take care and I'll still be visiting IV and commenting and helping out..
